The little robot goes forward about 6 meters (note that each square is equal to 2 meters) and then into an open area, where there are several exits, as shown below:
The little robot is in the room marked "5," and it turns to give you a view of the area. Movement to its right makes it swing around, and it briefly catches a glimpse of this before letting out a little electronic squeal:
"EEEeeeaaak!"
The the area is suddenly lit up as flames fly from the creature's proboscis as though from a flamethrower, and engulf the little robot.
It's screens go blank as it backs up toward you and away from the slug-like creature. The robot is now black and chittering electronically. It then stops, flames still rising from the melting rubber around its neck and circuits, and its lights go out.
You hear a squishy movement which you assume to be the creature moving forward...
