I think we should probably do that now before we go any further. I think this way we have an idea of what is available to us.  Is their equipment in the ooc thread for team equipment?

Based on our past experience, are these the only weapons found to be effective on the Q?  I missed the encounter with them and don't have access to those threads so am kind of blind here.

I can also take a ranged weapon if a shooter is needed.

Those were the only ones found effective on the Blackness, which is not necessarily the same as the Qantariate. The top of the pyramid does not appear to be the Blackness, but instead a device probably imported in through the extradimensional portal.

So the Qantariate and the Blackness are not the same but might be from the same extradimensions?  Maybe Porter or Desi can bring Bartja up to speed on what we're facing?

The Qantariate is the race of extradimensional people.

The Blackness is a phenomenon associated with that dimension. Think of it as Qantariate mold. Stuff that belongs in their dimension but is unnaturally in ours.

Since Bartja was last working with Hammer, trying to upload him to the ships mainframe when we left him, it would make sense for him to have salvaged the XT-41 (RPG-like device).  Hopefully it works off of DEX?
