Thanks my friend! There has been a lot of soul searching, tears, and hugs tonight. I called Gam who graduated with the girl and he was pretty shook up. My younger son went to school with the girl. It is so surreal. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. I think I'm going to bed. It's been a rough couple days but today has been the kicker. Blessings

Hey there! I will let you decide as I will not be able to start for another week. Will be going to Chicago on Wednesday to possibly sell my Mom's condo. She became sick yesterday hopefully doing better today. Worked everyday last week including yesterday and I am a bit overwhelmed. Just trying to stop and take a breath as it seems my faith is being sorely tested. I thank thank for your patience but even more so for your friendship. Hey there! It has been a long time, and I have not checked the board for some time. I am sorry for being out of touch. My mother is now going on for nearly three years on hospice. Her place is currently closed to visitors, and I have not seen her for about three weeks. She weighs 70 to 68 pounds but still hanging on. I have been experiencing seizures for about a year now myself and am now taking meds that have helped, so my fingers are crossed. I hope you and your family are well. This new crisis with COVID has been troubling. I am not sure if I will be able to start this back up, but your last post did make me smile. I do remember this game fondly, and you are right, very good roleplaying and writing. I am sending you and your family good thoughts and prayers. Stay safe and be blessed! Good to hear from you.  Life for me, goes on, much as before. My granddaughter turned four a couple of weeks ago, and the party was fun. Grandpa got beat upon, by the violent four year old, with a Nerf sword. :)

 As far as this game is concerned, I kind of gave up on it, to be honest. If you started it back up, I would be most pleased, but I don't expect it.I just did the post for the heck of it, for old times sake, I guess.

 You are still the best GM I ever had on here, damn shame if you never put that talent to use again. But it is what it is. If you did start up again, be it this game or a new one, count me in. I really liked your middle earth game as well. How about a solo game in Middle Earth.:)  I know, I know, not going to happen.

 I feel I owe you an explanation. I did try to go with the Hobbit game, but had a hard time for whatever reason, to keep interest. I regret that, as I love rping with you.

 If there is anything  that you might be interested in rping, I am on board. Perhaps Ranger in middle earth, might be interesting. One of Aragon's buddies. If you are not interested, I understand.

Hey there! No worries! Thanks for being honest. I will be going back to the other game later today. I feel bad as things have gone crazy but we have lost all the Hobbits. Meri has been busy for a while and Hum was a no show for some time. I might change it so it is a Campaign centered around Bree and the Shire. It could be more of a Sandbox so people with different posting rates could join in when they are able or maybe have two characters.... one for a Fellowship type scenario and another for hanging around Bree itself. They may have all lost interest and I do not blame them. We will see. Either way, you can continue with Erling and if you wish to make a Ranger we can do this when we have time. Got to do for now.   For Erling, he wanted adventure and wanted to see the near mythical kingdom of Gondor. I don't seeing him hanging around near his home. Perhaps a trip to Lake Town and all points west.

I have been busy. My Mom is fading daily and one of her caregivers has tested positive for COVID. So we have been trying to keep up with this, changing rooms, isolation, doctor appts., and such. I did come here hoping you were checking on me but I see you have to sigh. Silly me. I have a great idea to save you from being disappointed in the future, let's just part ways. I am sure there is someone who will be a much better GM than me. I wish you luck.

 I thought you had gone on sabbatical from RPOL like you said you might do. I made the *sigh* comment because I figured you might be gone so I could not talk to you.I consider you a friend, so I regret the misunderstanding. If you wish to part ways, I would not much like that, but would respect your choice.
