Anyone here Minecraft at all? I'm setting up a barebones EHM server for survival and exploration and think it'd be more fun with others.

Alright. Currently I'm running the server off my desktop so the server won't be available 24/7, but I have an old box I plan to install Ubuntu Server onto once I have Paper configured the way I like. Do give me feedback on the formatting and legibility of the Settings & Rules as I'm writing them so that I can make corrections and alterations as I go today. If I get it all done and all the realm summaries done, I'll do a round of updates tonight as well.

I'm trying to be really concise and light on flavor text, and to introduce the main concepts here. If you want to see the full descriptions of things like the magical schools and stuff, I'll just be providing good keywords to use when searching the settings & rules documents from the other games. I will only go into full descriptive detail if something differs in implementation or I've made a change for my sanity (such as how Aramanth worked in Taeltresin, which as written is incredibly exploitable)

Maybe. I'm going to stick with them for the moment. They fought alongside me against the blight. I just have to hope they remember what we've been through after they change. I'd hate to have to dedicate myself to reaping my own friends; too edgy.

Bezaleel strives on remembering his allies. That is why Ophelia killing Skeles made him super mad. He warrants control with new power, where as Ophelia gives in much easier than him. Part of his cautious nature.

Hey Empress, I think you should disregard the oldest-post-first rule and prioritize the BezzyUlf fight thread whenever you're doing updates. It's not just the fighters that are waiting for it to finish; Anna wants her cuddly catboy around before she starts dropping revelations too. So an update for that is effectively updating for three people! It's efficient, or something!

My life is pretty settled down now (I've returned to my senses and am now happily monogamous once more) so updates will be regular again and make this a non-issue. My girlfriend has been home way more than usual because of Snowmageddon 2k19 up here and she demands all my time whenever she can take it, eheh.

Oh by all means update as many threads as you can, I was just suggesting always doing that one first.

The article you cite says "mild to moderate" depression, while you say "major." I'll agree that most neurotypical people are overly and annoyingly optimistic, the happy little shits. Nonetheless, it all really comes down to brain chemicals and stimulation of certain parts of the brain over others and I'd hesitate to draw parallels between subjective perception of reality and capability to perceive meta-reality.

Some people have major depression because shitty neurochemicals, some people have major depression because of a horrific incident pushing their mind past the brink and turning them into Seekers who will never know happiness until they seek and discover the First Door.
