Good things to know!
1) Here is where I got the main game map (isn't it awesome?) http://lizzysalvaggio.com/printmaking/#/camelot/

2) Here is where I got the map of Camelot http://www.gspendragon.com/camelot.html

3) Here is where I got the "Map of a Medieval Castle" Diagram: https://myliteraryquest.wordpr...-castle-anatomy-101/

*** I DID NOT CREATE THESE MAPS. I AM NOT MAKING MONEY ON THEM AND DO NOT CLAIM THEM ***

Good things to know!
A few more good things to point out:

1) We are working with the BBC's Merlin as our backbone, but this does not mean that you need to act or run your storyline exactly as it is run in the show... I have changed Gwen to be a hybrid of both legendary Queen and BBC character, but I have kept her close enough to the plot of the BBC story that we don't need to overhaul anything. You are welcome to do the same with your character. This also means that if someone comes up with a good non-cannon idea, we may very well run with it! :)

2) When you apply I am assuming that you have read the rules and the RTJ requirements. Please make sure you did so, otherwise we are both confused.

3) You must be at least 18 in order to play in this game.

Good things to know!
Here is Guin's Background/RTJ. If you are curious! (If you want your character Bio posted here let me know and I will post it. No problemo.)

I, Nubiko Takamori, am 24 years old, born in 1992, and am thereby qualified to participate in a mature rated game.

___

Name: Guinevere

Age: 22

Position/Rank: Daughter of a dead/disgraced King, currently a servant.

Place of Origin: The Kingdom of Cameliard

Magic/Non-Magic: non-Magical

Hair/Eyes: Dark, curly hair which is unevenly cut just below her shoulder blades, dark eyes.

Height/Weight/Build: Guin is about 5' 4" tall, weighing about 100 lbs. She was once attractively plump when living as a princess, but has since become a bit scrawny with toughly muscled arms and legs thanks to life as a servant.

Any Skills: She is capable of riding a horse for some distance. Her skills are well developed in sewing/mending and embroidery, and less commonly she can read and write in Latin and Greek. She has general servant skills and some moderate musical skill, though this has gone unpracticed for a while now. Guin knows some medical tricks, though no more than any woman of the time might know. When she was young she was tutored in Courtly Manners, though she never has the need for them now.

General background: Guin was born in the small kingdom of Cameliard, to King Leodegrance and his Queen Aelia. Her father was an original supporter of Uthyr during the purge and he earned much praise and acclaim for his small kingdom during the first waves of the fighting. It was not until Queen Aelia died giving birth to a still born son that Leodegrance began to fall from favor. Intensely jealous of Uthyr's healthy son-- and knowing that the more wealthy king had kept his son alive using the same Magic that he had banned Leodegrance from calling on, Leodegrance started began to fall prey to the whispering of a young witch looking for an ally against Uthyr's bloody Purge. Just one year before the end of the Purge, nearly fifteen years ago, Leodegrance was found to be consorting with this sorceress, who he had made his official mistress, and plotting openly against Uthyr. Sick with greif and likely under a spell, the King did not deny the claims, and was summarily put to death for treason.

By this point much of Leodegrance's kingdom had fallen to ruin due to his neglect and the lack of a true Queen. It was simple for Camelot to come in and take over the lands, offering protection and a stable ruler. Out of mercy to the man Leodegrance had once been, and knowing that the young Princess-- then only seven years old-- had not been involved in her father's plotting, Uthyr took Guin in to his stronghold and gave her a relatively comfortable but non-titled role as handmaiden and playmate to his young ward, Morgana. She has lived in this role ever since.

Other: Guin still secretly misses her father, though to admit such a thing would not bode well for her in Uthyr's court. She is loyal to Uthry because of his kindness to her when she was young, and her devotion to Morgana. She fears magic, mostly because she saw what it did to her father.

A generally happy and positive person, she does not mind her life in Camelot, and is quite happy to work for Morgana.
