 Saraph
A.K.A: Alison Tanner
Type: Mutant/ Special Training.
Species: Human Female.
Age: 19
Alignment: Scroupulous Good
Powers: absorb/expell kintetic energy: Alison has the ability to absorb any amount of physical or kinetic energy without taking any damage. She can then expell that energy as planes of force that she can use as either meele or thrown weapons. They deal half the amount of damage dice, rounded up, to any target struck. So if she is attacked by a sword she can consentrates one attack on absorbing that attack and the next action she will create a blade of force and attack the sword weilder back. The sword hits and does 2d6 damage. Seraph is hit but takes not damage, absorbing the attack. she then whirls around and invoks a instant blade of force energy and slashes back at her foe, dealing 2d6 damage.

 Absorb Kinetic Energy: Seraph can absorb any physical of kinetic attack. The attack does no damage, but instead is absorbed into Seraph's body. She can store half of the number of dice of damage to be used later. She can store kinetic energy for up to 1 hour at which time it will disipates harmlessly.

 Expell Kintetic Energy: Seraph can expell stored kinetic energy in 3 ways.

 Meele weapon: Seraph can invoke a forceblade no larger then her own mass but any shape she desires. She prefers invoking blades along her forarms and uses them with as slash weapons along with her martial arts.

 Force Bolt: she can send a wave of foce energy at a single target up to 50 yards away. Example: She is flying in a plane over the city and spots an giant android destroying buildings. She leaps out of the plane at 6000 feet. Doing flips and righting herself she lands near the android with a thud, her body flashing instantly with energy. ( she absorbs 6000d6 of damage from the fall taking no damage)

 The android spots her as she lands, he hurls the huge peice of concrete he just ripped off a bulding at her hoping to crush her. The huge slab shatters and breaks over her head in a flash of energy as she stares up at the android defiantly. With a yell she holds out her hands and unleashes a shimmering bolt of force at the android, totaly obliterating it into thousands of pieces. ( the bolt deals 3000d6 plus half the damage dice of the androids attack with the piece of the building.)

 Elevation Disks: seraph can invoke an immovable disk of force in mid air for for 1 round at which time it disipates. She can leap up to the disk and leap off of it, create a nother disk and do the same, propelling her higher and higher into the air. She can use them to cross rivers or chasms, get somewhere very high up. If she falls it's fine she just absorbs the damage.


 Kintetic Charge: Seraph can harness the kintetic energy by spending one full round doing some form of srenuous activity. Sprinting, swiming, gymnastics are all forms. She can sprint for and leap in the air, do a flip and invoke a disk, land on it the leap again, do a flip, store 1d6 kinetic energy from the movement and create another disk higher and so on and so on untill her actions are disrupted. All kinetic energy stored lasts for 1 hour.

 Kinetic shield: Seraph can generate a shield of kinetic energy in front of her or to either side of her that will block any incoming force and can not be destroyed. Even energy rays can be blocked, and any force of the blow can be harmlessly absorbed by Seraph behind the shield. She can only create a shield in disk form and only up to as large as her body, covering one arch at a time.

 Background: Alison was born in Niagara Falls Canada to Jim and Lauryn Tanner. Lauryn is an MP for the Niagara Region and Jim is a top ranking RCMP officer. Alison was raised in a life of privilage and excelled as a well adjusted child in a high profie family.

 Alison excelled at school and was always really poular as a student all through her school career. She had a head of long,curly strawberry blone hair and is an exceptionally beautiful girl. As she got older she showed a natural knack for sports and athletics, topping her schools in almost every athletic catagory. She began to get a reputation as an over achiever. This is because by grade 8 she had manifested a mutant ability of extrodinary reflexs and physical prowess. Everyone passed it off as just raw natural talent.

 When Alison got to highschool she joined all the girl's sports teams including the St. Paul's Crusaders football team where she had become the head cheerleader and probably the most popular girl in school. It was duing her second year that Alison discovered her ability to produce small planes of force which she could manipulate for short periods of time.

 She told no body of her abilities besides her parents. Her father seemed worried about this and stressed that she keep her powers secret and never use them infront of others. He began to monitor his daughter closely. She carried on as normal untill one day her school was invaded by evil mutants and they attempted to abduct Alison in the middle of a soccer game. Alison evaded the mutants using her force disks and shielding, while her father moved in with a strike force shortly after and stopped the evil mutants from succeeding.

 After getting Alison to safety in an underground secret bunker under the niagara falls, he explained to her the mutant problem and taught his daughter that she was a mutant and that she had a duty to her country and human race to fight for good and not let the evil mutants take over or destroy the world. His government had been monitoring the mutant problem for a while and we're almost ready to declare war on them. He revealed that the American government were going to make a grave mistake starting a war with the mutants, and they need people like Alison. Laryn Tanner is a practising catholic and dubbed her daughter like a gardian angel, like a Seraph, who is commissioned by God to help fight as a champion for Good. She prays regularily for her daughter as she began her training.

 Her father began to train her in the military's hand to hand program as well as well as advanced athletics and calastetics. By the time Alison was 18 she was fully trained as a special ops soldier with expert hand to hand combat skills. Her and her father also discovered and tested her mutant abilities. She became proficient with them and became able to use her force expulsion in various ways to either dispatch enemies quickly as well protect her from harm. She also mastered using her disks to travel on the air and to make it to high elevations quickly.

 Alisons dad also stressed that when Alison was doing missions for him and the government that she keep her identy hidden, while at the same time striking fear into their enemies, who were generally evil mutants abroad. He designed a light weight special white and gold ops outfit with a gold and white helmet and gold cape. Inside her helmet she had direct audio and visual connection to her father, who fed her with tactical information, direction and fatherly concern. She became a secret weapon for the Canadian government and the war on evil mutants.

 Personality: Alison, or Seraph is a fun loving, peacful young woman who is extremely active and physically fit. She always tries to see the best in people and wishes nobody any harm. She infact detests violence and strongly believes in the teachings of Jesus Christ, as taught by her church and her mother, who is a public figure and devote catholic.

 The only thing that upsets her really is wickedness, crulety and innocent people being hurt or attacked. She becomes very passionate and quick to act, often beratting those offenders while she battles them, launching a moral attack as well as a physical one. She will always first try and use diplomacy and talk sense into her enemies but once it is obvious that they won't change their minds, she will work tirelessly to stop any threat to her country or fellow citizens. Her father has access to various spying and info collecting techniques which he uses fully to assist his daughter as well as watch over her and protect her. If anything were to happen to Alison in the field, those responsible would have to deal with a very angry and vengeful, highly trained father. He goes by code name Specter and no body, including Alison or his wife knows of his spy alias. Jim Tanner is secretly a spy for the Canadian government and unofficially for his villan fighting daughter Seraph.

DESCRIPTION Moria is a stunningly beautiful young woman with a full head of
long thick black hair that often goes ungroomed She likes wearing dark greens
 and black tunics with tight fitting leather breeches and a belt adorn with
small pounches around her waist. Her eyes are a striking aqua color and stand
out in contrast to her dark hair and attire.

BACKGROUND: Moria grew up living on the outskirts of civilization in the
mountains. She lived in a cottage with her mother who served as the local
mystic. She crafted and sold good luck charms and other adornments. She also
sold elixirs and herbal medicines to the towns folk.  Moria grew up essentially
in isolation with her mother. As a child she had developed some imaginary
 friends and spoke to the animals as though they were friends. She pretended
she had powers and like her mother could cast magic.

 Moria was a very imaginative little girl and had many dreams. Some of her
dreams were so vivid Moria would wake up thinking her dream was real.
Sometimes she would have nightmares, and one in particular nightmare of a
 dark silhouette figure of no distinct features would follow her through the
forest and would wait under her bed. She would imagine dream about being scared
 to look under her bed and low and behold there was the same shadowy image
watching her. He would whisper things to her. More like it spat strange words
at her like she was destined to know. Sometimes she would wake up screaming and
her mother would come running to her aid. Her mother was one of the only things
to be able to calm her after a nightmare. Sometimes they got so frequent she was
afraid to go to sleep.

 When she told her mother of the reoccuring shadowy figure appearing in her dreams,
it seemed to concern her. She made a supposedly enchanted brooch for her to protect
 her from evil and told her the words of a spell. Moria would lay in her bed clutching
at the brooch and reciting the words to the spell over and over until it became
 ingrained in her memory. Every night she would say the spell and the dreams stopped
 for a while.

 Moria became interested more and more in her mother's magic and spent more time
 watching her do her craft as she got older. Her mother would get her to fetch
her herbs from the woods near a lake and she learned the basics of herbalism. 
She had got caught numerous times trying to get a peek at her mother's spell books,
but when she got caught she would get scolded ajd told they wern't for her eyes. One book
 in particular she told her was forbidden, and even uttering some of the names written in
 the book was forbidden. This made Moria even more curious.

 One day she stole the book and ran off to one of her hiding spots. She opened the book
 and looked at it for hours, reading all the spells in the book called,
" The Book of Dead Names.". She read until nightfall and returned home with the book.

 Moria studied the forbidden book for years until she mastered it's power. She didn't
believe her mom and thought she was foolish for not untapping it's power. She studied
long and hard and became known as " The strange" daughter of the alchemist Nina.
