  waking up.. he shakes his  head... he went through his stuff  and Got  PT things on, AT-shirt with the fighting  'Roo on it and Dark blue shorts  that said HMAS Adelaide on the leg.

 he had his  ball cap on with the 809 squadron ..and was out the  door, stopping to get a juice ..he drinks it on the way, he makes sure his   quarters  are locked.

 He  walks   through the  P-ways... stepping aside for anyone who looks like they are working.

 Thinging  through the  things, he  figures, he would rather be in the hangers, but getting a look at the Bridge would help him understand more, should  he need to  act in an emergency.

 Once inside, the   moves to his   showers, washes  up  quickly, dries and has  his   shirt, pants, sidearm and flight jacket on,along  with his  Cap.

 Tucking his sunglasses into the  jacket's inside  pocket, he stops for a second to check the  email files, just to see if he has anything to read, then leaves  his  quarters, Locking his door.

 ..Once he reached his quarters, Shadow changed  back into the PT gear he  wore  before, except for a Tee-shirt that said  Geelong Cats.

   Before setting out a  run through the ship, he sat down at his  computer and  started to bring  up any emails  that might have been sent  when they left.

  he would  look through each one..even if it was some odd ball spam..just to get the feeling of 'home' one more time.

Unfortunately Kray's email account has been deleted by the Australian airforce decades ago, around and about the time they probably wrote off Marco Polo as lost and declared all crew MIA assumed KIA. His current ship email adress only contains one single email.

  Flicking off the Computer,  he stands, and heads out through the door, Locking it. Looking both ways he tries to remember, then gives up and asks  Marco,..Marco? from My Quarters?..waht is the longest run path i can take  without bleedin' runnin' into anythin' important?

That would be on deck 8, the first deck running the full length of the ship. Take the roundwalk, you can then circle the entire vessel. The run would total 4.2 kilometers per lap.

  Thank You  Marco..sounds about Perfect.... he will make  his  way to a Lift, that will take  him to  Deck 8.

 The Pilot  smiled as he listened to  the news. It was good to see America become sane again...he didn't care about that Bieber person? seriously?..they didn't have o change much!

 The Cats had  made good showing..who knows what happened that final entry...He did regret not finsohign the season..he could have set a team record in marks, for certain...maybe even a league record...his Goals weren't great, but the fact that he made some, shone a brighter light....

  Entering his  quarters, he locks the doors.   place  his 'goodies ' in the fridge. then showers up. Getting  another pair of issue  shorts to sleep in, he opens up the  password on his  computer  and  begins to look through  the events he can find, until they lost contact.

 One such thing he searched for, was news items , of thos e opposed to the Colony ship program.

   his  towel around his neck, he  would  damp his face now  and then as he read.

Most articles Kray finds about any opposition to the colony ship program are from its early beginnings, when there were still people that refused to believe the earth was coming to an end.
Later in the program the only ones opposing were the Republic of American States, and mostly becaus High Lord Trump and his then Viceroy Pence refused to play a subordinbate role. They felt they had to lead those missions, after all the RAS (former USA) were the biggest superpower in the world according to them.

Kray also finds articles concerning some controversy surrounding the Hawking gravity field. Some claim the RAS did not give the GNA the field, but rather it was stolen, and to avoid serious repurcussions the RAS was then allowed to join in on the program. This was never proven.

   Shadow shakes his head at the American idiots...you'da think some  patriot woulda stepped up and bloody ended him!...

 He nodded slowly at the  fact that the Americans  had been 'let in'... there was something to  look at...First off...why didn't they give them the field?..what reason would the Americas have to with hold it...and? Why ...after the 'theft'..would they suddenly be allowed in?

Once Kray leaves his appartment, he is greeted in the hallway by the rest of Dragon flight, and the Frenchman. They are all pretty curious as to the route Kray has figured out as a running track.

It turns out the father of Henri Quatorze was the pilot of CS-3, presumably lost on its way to the outer reaches around Pluto and beyond.The Frenchman himself refuses to talk about it, and the Swede is quick to change the matter entirely to different Jets and Kray's opinion on them. Soon there is a lighthearted discussion on why GNA chose the modified 'Cat above the lighter Saab Loki or the Mirage 2038.

    As they Near the end of the Run,  Shadow tossed about   what he knew as fart as  dive and climb rates.

   his last bit was,..The Lockheedmartin F-25 , Lighting  II's  that we got in before I was outta  school?.. they were damn nice... the Lighting  III was supposed to be better..but some one got a few more bribes in to get this here Hellcats..They say the Lighting IV   or the F-38 would have been real good  out of Atmo?...but I guess we'll enevr know....That's  something we have to loo ahead to as well... macking  machines..and making them better, because   there ain't no buggers  gonna be sendin' us any new ones...
