The requisition always comes after the Mission Selection/Briefing. Most times Jansen will have heard what you want and incorporated it into his own rolls to get stuff. Sometimes he will actually ask. Technically this is only the second sortie despite it being the third mission, so you haven't had enough RP time to be able to rightfully say you haven't had time to use those talents.

xix Stripped of weapon and sent into battle

xx Flogged and dispatched to Penal Colony
xxvii Flogged five times for five jams
xlvi Stripped of rank or flogged

Did anybody want to call dibs priority on either of the new weapons? The hotshot lasgun certainly looks nice as a single-shot weapon to save on heavy bolter shells, but as the new guys Silver and House are a lower priority.

Zilch just gave his recommendation in the IC thread.  From an OOC perspective the lasgun would be great cause of the integral bayonet but since Zilch doesn't have Las proficiency he'd simply be tossing random bolts about.

Ramirez was designed from the ground up to be an ace with lasguns. Either work pretty well, though the hotshot will be better for when we go up against bigger, nastier things. I have the grenade launcher for clearing out hordes.

no worries, you can have it out with silver and Sarge really wont care as long as you shoot strait when it comes to the fighting.

Don't want to leave any of the new guys out of the loop, so I'll delay til tomorrow night to post the mission selection. It will just be a narrative briefing by Jansen tell you the objective, and two possible way to achieve it. In this way, it remains a character-driven storyline, with success or failure and the next mission based on your choices here.
