1.  I do hope to get some copies into stores, and at least for sale at conventions.

2.  Yes, I'm looking into a print-on-demand through DriveThruCards.  :)

3.  I will soon have a self-printable PDF of the cards that is a little ghetto but usable, if you're interested.
