I'd prepare for several overnights. The moon phase may keep us a bit, and we don't know the size of the complex. Lot of unknowns that could slow us down.

I know Sojourn would assemble something at least akin to a Basic Survival Kit or even Advanced. I don't have the book handy though for specifics. Plus his normal gear and his shotgun.

Preparations
Parvati will pull together the camping gear they'll need in order to stay a couple of days as well as food and water. She'll find packs for those who don't own them and divide the stuff up to carry. To this, she'll add a medical kit, some basic climbing equipment, flares, Leatherman, sunscreen, flashlight, stuff for cooking, Biodegradable soap, toiletries, compass, spare clothing, mirror, whistle, pure water tablets, and the best map she can find. Extra food and water will be left with the car(s). Plus her normal gear.

If anyone has trouble figuring out what they need, Parvati will nicely help them out. She'll make some suggestions about clothing and remind them to bring a hat.

She doesn't have a car and will have to rely on others for transportation.

Sojourn would more than welcome advice from Parvati. He would also volunteer his pickup truck for hauling. I imagine it is a smaller model so it couldn't handle the really rough off-road trails.

As for identifiers on the truck? Eh, consider it his way of demonstrating trust for his new colleagues.

Q picked up some climbing equipment after renting a jeep.

Casting Craftman's Eye on the equipment (Matter 1, with Fate 1) as a Rote Spell.
Qisma rolled 1 success using 7d10 with the World of Darkness nWoD system with a target of 8, rerolling 10s with rolls of 4,1,2,7,7,7,8.  Craftman's Eye: Gnosis + Matter + Rote (Investigation).

5 free Reach, Primary Factor: Duration

1 Reach (Advanced Duration: 1 Day), 2 Reach to add the second option in the Spell, 1 Reach to cast Instantly.

The Fate task: Find the safest path into the fortress.

Sojourn will selecting camping equipment with Parvati's help. His pack will include his normal gear and his shotgun with extra ammo.

He will cast Heightened Senses as a Rote. Will use High Speech yantra (+2).

5 free Reach:
1 for Instant Casting.
1 to change Primary Factor from Duration to Potency.
1 to change Duration to Advanced Duration (1 day, -2 dice)
1 to add tracking option to spell.

Sojourn rolled 1 success using 4d10 with the World of Darkness nWoD system with a target of 8, rerolling 10s with rolls of 5,8,5,3.  Casting Heightened Senses (Gnosis + Life + Rote (Empathy)).

And with that, he is ready.
