We haven't really used Hero Points in the past. So we can start now.
Each character receives 2 Hero Points to use (upgrades a challenge rating from say a 4 to a 3 or higher.)

Each character also gets 250xp to spend on their character.

Yup bought Local Customs, bumped lockpicking/safecracking and charisma and diving a little.

I'll have to get my head around the rules again. Probably not over the weekend, though.
