When a party completes a quest, they are to submit an after action report on the details of the quest, the outcome, and any other information of note. If no one in the party wishes to do so the League Historian or other Council member will write up the report.

When a Void Portal was discovered to have opened in the outskirts of St. Aurelius, Pathfinders were dispatched in various teams to quell the threat and protect as many lives as possible. Over a dozen pathfinders were killed in action due to the extreme nature of the threat, and the attack is being recorded as one of the deadliest attacks in the leagues recorded history.

The Void Portal was ultimately closed by using the Scroll of Light. Rumors of involvement from Gaeus are noted but not confirmed.

The resulting aftermath has led to city wide chaos and destruction. The city guard struggles to maintain order after suffering heavy casualties. Riots are becoming common place, and crime rate is on a steady rise.

A Void Cult has emerged, calling itself "Keepers Of The Oblivion", further investigation required.
