Give me a bit.  I looked over my notes yesterday.  The setting is there.  It had another metaplot that I an not sure I want to continue.

By metaplot I mean something big that is happening that the players have not control of.

I also need to make sure I have time.

I'm also a huge Transylvanian fan. I have two concepts one Tremere, one guest whose concept only works in Transylvanian.

And a back concept that works for any game.

Any type of Magi works for Transylvania.  A Merinta would work very well in this setting as there are a lot of dark fairies.

I am also considering running a 5th ed game. Starting prep work soon but actual gameplay waiting until September as I spend the month of August travelling in North America.

The basic setting is a covenant on the Novograd/Rhine tribunal somewhere along the baltic coast , a major theme of the story will be the ongoing Baltic crusades. I won't be doing much with faeries beyond tie ins to the local pagan faiths, there will almost certainly be plots involving the Infernal.

I would like to make it a long running game, but I have had a track record of some major stress event ruining many games I have run, however hopefully I can avoid surgery for the next couple of years!

Co-gm's will be welcomed once things get running and hopefully that will help deal with any major life distractions

Yes we do. Previouly they have been bad excuses, at least last time it was major surgery and it also kept me off work for nearly 2 years so I don't feel quite so bad about it. Still want to avoid repeating the problem

For the overworked Storytellers, I don't mind running plots in a rotating Storyteller system, but I don't think I'd be comfortable/capable enough to be a co-GM.

Here from Discord, heard about a potential rotating SG saga, is that the Transylvania one?  Can't tell if there are spots left or not.  I do have a few ideas for stories to run in Transylvania, but I would want to be in line behind a couple people.

If you can take a justaplayer who has no experience/energy/intent to SG, just to be a freeloader, I would happily join up.

I expect we'll open it up to non-SG players once we've sorted things out and are good to go. Right now we're just renewing SG discussions about how we want to run the saga.

Is it the game in Algiers?

When we were first setting it up, that and Morocco were the region. But we're setting it up anew with a growth of joint SG interest and not all the original SG's being still involved. It may well stay in the same region, but that is yet to be decided.

Just wanted to know what to apply. :-)

The Oppidum of Heviz - I will take 4 players.  Set in Transylvania Tribunal.

The game will have more OoH conflict than most.  Characters may find themselves facing off against other OoH magi.

I think most of the game information is available to read before asking to join.  Make sure you know what you are getting into with the game setting.

I've been working on the Troupe Saga game, but I found myself shifting in another, related direction that seems more interesting to me:

I have what I feel is a fairly new idea for a game. Without saying too much, the basic idea is more to set up a small tribunal rather than a single covenant, a tribunal essentially entirely populated by PC's, most likely in northern Africa or Scandinavia. This will require some beta SG's. But I'm most of the set-up myself because otherwise it's too many cooks in the kitchen (seen this too often ruin games). I'm at the point I can start taking players to develop characters.
