Ideally: one world that's small for permanent fortress: create a permanent Gate to somewhere in the 3-P forest.
Can hire a wizard to create a permanent Gate. Permanentcy + Gate costing about 100,000 GP.
Need to find trustworthy wizard.

-Abandoned Spelljammer fortress would be ideal (i.e. palace on asteroid).
-likely to be monsters. Randomly generate dungeon ? [more space monsters than usual]
-alternately, can create Gate from place on the Rock of Bral. As long as can get through the back door to 3P we could expand into that area, except building a palace is tricky as would annoy the plant life.
Ideally want - flying castle.

Also want: teleport items. Long term, Empower would be useful - teleport psionic items.

Return to Rock of Bral after a month in Palladium.
10:17, Today: Garek rolled 11 using 1d100.  finding wizard who could cast gate (75%).
Basically could be done immediately - estimated cost of 100,000 GP (costs the wizard a CON point).
Uses scrying to pinpoint spot on 3-P; one where have been previously that would be good spot.

From 3-P can access attoplane and pay wizard immediately; then return to the Rock.

Other desires then include:
-a flying castle.

-'away missions' from 3P - can send another character e.g. Harcourt through, Antaeus could note location so can teleport to there (and back), carrying them in bag. Problems: start locations may be nowhere near where desired anyway, and teleports may be a planet away (can't do both ways, not in time the portal stays open/where it is).
