Race - D&D treat as Human (though has Ultravision as special ability).
Formerly Khobold [SenZar]; Changed to Human appearance with potion of permanent polymorph self (created using a spoon of mixing).
Note: humans and possibly khobolds could interbreed with dwarves (Dwarves' Deep, FR).

Stats reset [13-13-13-13-13-13] with Equalizer room/Mirror Room. Ex-husband killed (dropped a long way using Dimension Door).
-after a month or so, cancelled Equalizer Room effect - restored appearance with a Regenerate spell (20,000 GP).
