Does the 21 include the 5% bonus? If not those of us who get it should perhaps add another since 5% is one in twenty?

No, not including the bonus. I figured we can add that for every 100xp to keep the math simple. I'll make a note of it in the journal when the time comes.

I also re-formatted the experience tally a little, I guess it makes sense to track it per person going forward.

How much of the Realms outside of Candlekeep do we know? I mean, OOC I have a strong idea who "E" might be, but IC?

Very little. I mean, you grew up in a library so you'd probably know anything that's in a book but not much of everyday life, regional knowledge, that kind of thing.

Gorion always was a bit of a mystery too, not telling you anything of himself really.
