Pearl yawns and stretches her eyestalks.

"So, what are we going to do today ? You could have asked me to help against those Ogres even though those smelly things were huge !"

"Im sorry Pearl, you're right. Im just not used to that yet I guess. I should train and practice more with you also."

"I think we are spending the rest of the day traveling to Neverwinter. With the extra weight," she gestures to the body of Torvin's friend, "its going to take a little longer I think. Hopefully we'll be there by tomorrow if the rest of the trip goes smoothly.

"Yes about a day, if the map is accurate. Seeing Neverwinter will be a real treat, I know seeing Waterdeep sure was."

Da'Mari looked at Bill and smiled. "I really did enjoy Waterdeep, even with that psycho wizard trying to kill us. I hope Neverwinter is a little friendlier," she laughed.

Bragadash shrugged, "Hmmmm yeah though we can handle ourselves pretty well. Just need to know how to fight. We fought those Ogre's using our heads and it worked a lot better then my way would have probably."

Elizabeth bows, "I really like it when I am able to help. I know in straight up fights I am not as good but I had a lot of fun in this last battle. I knew you all were there to back me up if things went bad. Sorry about making all the laughing tiny versions of me, I couldn't help myself."

Da'Mari practices her lock picking skills to kill time on the ride, and if anyone else wants to learn she'll teach them too.

Re: On the Road
Aliana did indeed study lockpicking from Da'Mari while they rode.   She smiled, because she used to.get very motion sick,  and her human body would have have blinding headaches and nausea from trying to concentrate on something in the bouncy wagon.  As an elf, she was feeling much better

It was weird to ride in the wagon with a dead guy, even if hisnbody were no magically preserved.
Which had been a creepy spell to cast, she had to admit

Re: On the Road
Soon the ground becomes more and more covered in frost and a bit of snow. The group sees their breath in the air. After a hard day of riding a city comes into sight in the distance. High walls, a castle with towers. A place that speaks of wealth and power but for those with sharp eyes cracks could be seen in the image. Some were literal cracks others were from the chaotic smattering of smoke rising from chimneys.

This was undeniably Neverwinter.

Re: On the Road
Despite growing up in the northern USA, or perhaps because of it,  Aliana wasn't a fan of snow and cold.  She was glad to see the town, rough and cracked though it be.

Da'Mari was covered up with as many layers and blankets she could find, and sat in the back of the wagon covered up and mumbling. "I want a hot bath when we find a place to stay. Two hot baths actually."

Re: On the Road
As they get closer to the city it gets warmer. Rising from thirty to about fifty five. Any snow is not visible in the city. Steam rises up from the river running through town.
