++ No assistance required currently, Justicar. We are adequate, if I understand the situation I am witnessing. My systems are restored. Instead, I need your half of the unit to prepare the shores of the city for a possible high-profile attack from Lady Armageddon and her allies. We will attempt one final time to reason with her, and should we fail, she is likely to perish engaging the team on the mainland. This outcome is undesirable but acceptable. ++

++ We can legally hold them in custody for 48 hours while we consult the DA for potential charges, question them, and find out if they have any outstanding warrants for their arrest. After that we legally have to release them. You have no obligation to turn them over to the federal government, nor should you. The NYPD have more of a claim. ++
