Seriously, GM, we do have a problem. Hurley's the Blue-controller but he hasn't signed in. How do we handle this?

Yeah, that is a problem...

There are a couple of options:

1. I could NPC Hurley through the one day to get the party to the calyptor herd. It buys us time, but we still have another three days beyond that to deal with Arryanna, meaning I'll have to NPC him through that. I don't mind stepping in to NPC to keep the game moving, but if a player drops they're lost to the Ninth World.
   
2. Hurley could be lost to the Ninth World temporarily if he returns soon or permanently, if not. In this case, you three will have to be creative in figuring out how you're going to deal with Arryanna in whatever creative ways you can come up with.

I'm leaning toward the 2nd option but let's keep this open for discussion...

Without Hurley here in some capacity the rest of you are fooked.

Yeah, option #2 is a non-starter for me. I hate being punished in-character for player foolishness. I would rather run Hurley for you, if it came to that.

Actually I'll take you up on that, Esperon. If he doesn't make it back into the game you can decide how you feel about continuing to play two characters. If you'd rather not, I'll lose him to the Ninth World and we'll go from there. At least you'll have another month before having to deal with Arryanna's change and can figure out how to deal with it in the future if it comes to that.

We didnt sleep yet so 10 hour recovery roll is out, and they should reset after we presumably sleep tonight, right?

That is a safe assumption regarding the hour recovery. You can apply that 10 hour recovery roll when you sleep.



There are some sparse trees to climb. Hopefully Arryanna's monster can't climb trees... ;)

Arryanna has been offline for the better part of the week. Once she's back we'll RP out the rest of this transition back and we'll continue.
