I promise I won't micromanage you guys too much. There are only a couple of expectations I'd like to request for IC posting format:

Posting Guidelines
For your character's dialog, please pick a color unique to them for the text. This will help differentiate each character at a glance.
RED will be reserved for GM comments
ORANGE will be reserved for GM and character OOC comments.

Rolling
Using orange dice, copy rolls from the dice roller and paste them into the post as an OOC. Include purpose for roll and step modifiers in the reason for roll field.
If you want to try something, go ahead and make a roll rather than waiting for me to solicit it. I'll hand wave it if it's not needed.
For combat, I'll roll initiative for the sake of expediency. Any character groups attacking before enemies can go in any order, but groups attacking after enemies must wait for the enemies to attack.
If you attack before the enemy, roll attack then defense rolls in your post.
If you attack after the enemy, roll defense then attack rolls in your post.
Please indicate your potential damage with your attack roll.
Please update your character details to reflect your costs and damage, shins spent, and items found.

Game pace
Feel free to have as much conversation and dialog between characters as you'd like. It brings them more to life and fleshes them out. However, I may move the action forward if the game stalls, though you're welcome to continue the conversation while carrying out your actions.
I will likely be posting daily, if not every other day. 3x a week is the minimum expectation as everyone has said they are comfortable with. If you know you won't be able to post for a few days, or in the unfortunate event you need to step out of the game, please let us know so we can plan and play accordingly.

Lastly, as I'm new to GMing Numenera and on RPoL, please be patient if I'm trying to work something out or if I miss something. Feel free to let me know if I need to set something straight, either in running the game or the functions on RPoL.

So that's not too bad, right? Above all else, have a blast, don't be afraid to throw some humor into the game, and toss away any limits on your imagination!
