Tremere:
Barclay Dupont: One of Lazerus’ brood. Once a local Rich Kid, he joined the Scions of the Inner Eye to get close to a Myree Dubois. He was looking for quick score and got drawn in. Myree wanted to Embrace him, but Lazurus did so instead, and elevated him to 1st of Fifth. Unlike most Vampires he has not lost his mortal magic making him very dangerous.
Myree Dubois: 2nd of Fifth. Lazerus’ Brood. She was once 1st, but that spot was taken by Barclay who displayed a unique mastery of mortal magic.
Sylvia, and Kristen Parker: 3rd and 4th of fifth, these identical twins seem to have a deep connection with each other, and often take each other’s name and identity.
Pedro Martin: The last of Lazarus’ Brood and newest neonate to join the inner circle.
Ventrue:
Malcolm Marsday: Lawrence’s Progeny. He runs a local tech startup that handle marketing for online websites. He is a skilled businessman, and is said to be quite a fighter too. He used to be well known in the underground bare fisted boxing circles. While Malcom and Lawrence are rarely seen together outside of kindred functions, they are said to be close.
Olivia D’adorè: This shrewd young Ventrue has is known for her fashion lines. She is also a large philanthropist.
Nosferatu:
Morris: Morris lives in the bell tower of St. Mary’s Assumption Church. The tower has a reputation of being haunted due to the many accident that happed during the restoration project, all due to Morris. The project has been abandoned.
Malkavian:
Dr. Pembrose Scott: Dr. Scott runs the secure wing of New Orleans Adolescent Hospital, which is reserved for the criminally insane. The hospital started accepting adult patients after Hurricane Katrina. Many do not know there is a secure wing that houses dangerous criminals. It also houses several Malkavians that are two deranged to let run lose.
Flynn Passot: Flynn is a professional Gambler and risk taker. His rarely makes a decision without consulting a toss of his luck coin. Unfortunately, this often lead his into making bad decision and he can be found often looking for work, something many kindred take advantage of.
Toreador:
Night Haunts: This three-person punk band is made up entirely of Toreador Kindred. Years of practice has made them extremely skilled but they keep a low profile preferring to limit themselves to some of the clubs in New Orleans. The singer Keyboardist David West, the Guitarist Lacy Knowles and the Drummer Joe Abersol all have the same sire and have been together since before their embrace.
Justin Foster: Dalia Dark’s progeny and lover, a “tortured soul” whose panting are dark and surreal. He is very young and besotted with the Toreador primogen.
Mary Desjardin: Dalia’s Mortal mother. Once a famous Opera singer, she has lost most of her voice thanks to the circumstances of her embrace. One a proud and vain woman, she has adapted and served as the unofficial leader of the Harpies. She is one of the few Kindred in the city who has the Prince’s ear.
Jack Olsen: Jack was blind and aging before he became embraced, but his sire wanted to preserve his talent for all time. A fantastic trumpet player, jack can be found around the jazz clubs blowing away. He stays out of politics and doesn’t care much for other kindred.
Nick Kober: Nick's tattoo studio "Black Rose Ink" is a favorite with the people that can afford it as his art is so lifelike. Nick has a fascination with the human body and body decorations.
Gangrel:
Jesse Valcourt: Davon’s progeny. She works as an environmental scientist and is an activist, and unusual profession for a Kindred. She organizes marcher, online, files petitions and tracks climate changes. While she doesn’t subscribe to the lupines’ concept of the wrym, she does believe that there is a conspiracy the antediluvians are behind to make the world a harder place to live in for anyone not as powerful as they are, making Gehenna all that much easier.
George Rainbird: Jesse’s Progeny and college friend.
Kimmy Mahoney: A NOPD Animal control specialist.
Brujah:
Alphonso: This Brujah has come from New York recently and works one of the oldest professions there is, assassination. He has connections with the Mafioso and seems to have no connection to the Brujah in the city at all.
Angel: One of the Gotti Boys, Angel had a rough upbringing and sees the gang as a new family.
Gotti Boys inner circle: This group of gang members have all been embraced by Uncle Larell. Rattlesnake, Turtle, Bulldozer, Blue ball, violet are all members of the Gotti Boys and have little respect for the establishment. They may be all new, but each one is a fighter and dangerous.
