This game will be ran using the Pathfinder RPG rules.

Character Creation:
Character creation is simple:
Starting Level: Depends on Game, typically 1st.
Alignment: I prefer good alignments though neutral one's are acceptable provided one isn't stupid about it. By stupid I mean don't let CN be an excuse to act like an ass. Don't have True Neutral mean you are unmotivated to do anything at all.
Hit Points: Max HP 1st through 3rd level.
Attributes: Stats are built with the table on page 16 of the PRPG but with 27 points. (What can I say I'm a nice guy.)
Starting Gold is max for your class. Reduced to a handful of coins once you're done buying gear.
Traits:
We'll be using the character trait system. So snag two! You can find them at d20pfsrd.com
Combat Rules:
Alright here's the combat rules as follows.
1. I shall roll your initiative (if you take a look at the Dice Roller you'll see I already have)
2. I roll group initiative for like enemies. I.E. Five goblins go as one.
3. I shall post the initiative order for everyone including enemies, some enemies are faster than others.
4. If anyone rolls the same initiative I'll order them in order of their dex score from greatest to least.
5. Players will post their actions and I shall list the results in order posted. Should another character's actions affect their teammates before they go I'll either adjust accordingly (i.e. player 1 takes aim at goblin c instead of goblin b seeing as player 2 just offed goblin b) or if it drastically changes things I'll let them re-declare. Basically when I say you may post your action go right ahead if I say halt, then do so. I hope this isn't too confusing.

Here is an example of a table I shall be bringing into combat. Should help things run a little bit more smoothly. I'll adjust some things so as to better fit how I prefer to run combats and will likely show up during the next encounter.
House Rules:
There's a House Rules thread. Look at it
* Standard Adventurer's Kit
This is important for you 1st levelers out there, I liked this concept in 4e, I had friends who have been houseruling it since god knows when, so I'm including it in the Game Info thread and here:
Standard Adventurer's Kit 15gp 33.5lb's
Backpack (empty) 2gp 2lb's
Bedroll 1sp 5lb's
Flint and Steel 1gp -
Belt Pouch (empty) 1gp .5lb's
Rations, trail (10 days) 5gp 10lb's
Rope, Hempen 1gp 10lb's
Sunrod (2) 4gp 2lb's
Waterskin 1gp 4lb's
Posting Rules
Alright, if you head outside the realm of a thread finish your post and then end it with a -----> <name of destination> for an example, you leave the swallowtail festival to run back to the Rusty Dragon for your flute you would type
-----> Rusty Dragon
If I deem there should be an encounter I shall PM you or something and we would go from there. If all you are doing is retrieving your flute and coming back straight away then you need not even post for getting your item, simply type
<----- Rusty Dragon
in the original thread and go from there to sort of signify and make it obvious to those who might merely be skimming that you had left.
Also, if your character enjoys thinking in dialog then type those thoughts out with
italics this lets other people know that when you typed
Maybe I should swipe Ramina's coin purse... you were thinking it and not speaking out loud. It also helps those who decide (for whatever reason) to cast 'read thoughts'.
A final thing. If you don't type your dialog out I don't care, though I will say it's makes it easier to read on here if you type dialog in color, especially is someone happens to type a lot of fluff text in a single post. I.e.
Sheriff Hemlock glared at Bethrenlan and pointed a finger
"Kaye tells me you were discourteous to one of her girls!" he says as he draws forth Excalibur and levels it at the rogues head
"Prepare to die!"
For posting in a language other than the common tongue italicize your quotes and keep them colored. Don't forget to mention in your description what language you're speaking so that someone can actually find out if you're speaking their language or not... that last part kind of goes without saying though :-P
I.E. Drunor cries out in dwarvish
"For HighMead Hall!"
Just try to stay consistent, if you feel you need to change the color for some reason go ahead just don't do anything like a different color for a different mood. It's also nice if you pick a color that's not taken by another PC (NPC's don't count).
Anyway, that's all I have to say, let's enjoy the game.... oh, and try to use spell check >.<
