Re: OOC Thread

A merry Christmas to you all. It's funny how holidays are busier compared to regular days if you think about it.

Re: OOC Thread

And a happy new year to all!

Strangely, vacation wasn't really as restful as I thought it to be these days. Might be a thing once reaching parenthood. <__<)

Re: OOC Thread

I'm enjoying the January lull, myself.  Retail is pretty busy in December.

Re: OOC Thread

Yeah, in terms of customers January is pretty low since people generally have run out of money the month before. Back when i worked retail we'd close for two weeks or so for a yearly full inventory count. Automated systems are nice, but they suck at keeping track what was stolen and over time that 'ghost inventory' can add up if left unchecked.

I apologize if it took me ages to get a post out again. It was hard to collect myself to post until now.

Welcome!

Bodacious Space Pirates sounds like an interesting series (never seen it).

And a new post is up - Varin can start posting now!

I'll let players post freely a bit before continuing on the next bit, hopefully get Thanacheir some action soon enough as well.

Re: OOC Thread

Well, according to the deal i'd have access to the memories and abilities of whoever gets stabbed, with essentially their soul being swapped with mine.

Boss villain? Ally? Powerless random citizen? Yourself? That's up to you -- just keep in mind that the stronger the one you end up stabbing is, the more useful i'd be as an ally later on. Short term vs. long term ;)

Re: OOC Thread

Well, the dagger's doubling as a homing beacon of sorts for her to lock onto and act as a medium, so it has to be with the dagger. You can stab, you can throw, if you have a way to shoot a dagger you can do that too.

It SHOULD* technically be a one-hit kill due to its nature.

* Disclaimers may apply -- Some foes may or may not be immune for story purposes.
