How many of you utilize Citizens of the Imperium as a source of additional character classes? If so, do you use any modifiers to the rules laid out (which are designed for NPCs?).

To me, some of them are never going to be used (never saw a player take on 'Flyer', for instance, but there are a lot of options for players who don't want to be ex-military, some of which have combat-capable options (e.g. Barbarian or Pirate).

Hmm.  Sounds like it would dovetail neatly with Traveller Plus (my go-to system for character creation in Traveller, especially for games played by post or MUSH).  I'll have to have a closer look.  Thanks!
