As far as I can tell, only Rohirrim have horses as starting equipment. I also don't see how much a horse would cost, but I'm sure it's out of reach for us. That said, most of us are from Prosperous cultures and can afford to hire ponies to carry supplies as out-of-pocket expenses. Though if something happens to the ponies, I imagine we'd have to work off the debt somehow.

I don't need any gear, just routine provisions. I'm nowhere near being able to afford an armor upgrade.

Agnar was renamed Lifstan to avoid confusion with the guard captain Agnarr.
Lifstan and Dirhael are two different characters that happen to have the same player.

Still not sure about Aelfric.

That confused me so much.

I wonder if Lifstan was addressing me and called me Dirhael by mistake. That would make grammatic sense out of it. Or he was addressing you because you spelled Agnarr with one r.

I'd guess horses would be a hassle in the woods chasing spiders.  Ponies might be difficult as well and if this is a local thing we can carry a few days of supplies on our persons.

I'm fine if the big strong warriors want to carry my provisions. It's ostensibly only a day and back, but likely a day there as well. Provisioning for four days is probably plenty, and five days more than enough.

Any chance we can get this off the ground today, GM?
