You can start rolling attributes.

Pick a background from the other Robotech game. The thread is kinda buried. Make the roll to determine if you went to a military academy or went to a civilian university. So you can at least pick those skills out.

I am going to create a generic Fighter Pilot MOS that you will be able to customize. You will then get a conventional combat pilot MOS. Last you will get a VT pilot MOS which will be at 1st level.

Shall we take that to mean a literal Odd Even type roll on a D Whatever? Odd Military, Even Civvie? Or do you want us to go thru the tables in the Character creation page?

The backgrounds should give your chance to go to a university or military academy.  So roll to see what f you get in the academy.  If you don’t you to a university.

EDIT:  Oh, duh.. assume that made the roll to go to Civilian Uni and go from there, right?
