RTJ
For your RTJ, give me a character concept that excites you. One that you'll want to log in every day to play as for years. It doesn't have to be long or involved, but give me an idea of what motivates them and how they get by in the world. Feel free to include places, people, and institutions to flesh out more of the world and your place in it.

Roles currently filled:
- Shugenja, Water, Order of the Gentle Rain (Healer)
- Paladin
- Rogue
- Fighter
- Ranger
- Conjurer
- Freak of Nature

Doubling up on roles won't get you rejected outright, but no one likes when someone else is doing their shtick better than them.

Character Creation
- Starting Level: 2
- Starting Gold:  1,000, spent however you like
- 32-Point Buy - http://www.propelled.de/extern/chargen
- Max HP
- 6 Action Points http://www.d20srd.org/srd/vari...ing/actionPoints.htm
- Open to most sources, but retain right to nerf or ban anything deemed unbalancing. As a general guideline: No Tome of Magic classes and likely no Book of Vile Darkness. Feats/PrCs/ACFs from these sources may be approved. I am open to working with you on custom ACFs if it will help you enjoy your character.
- Only races that could reasonably integrate in a classic medieval fantasy world.

- Half-Elves get +2 Charisma in addition to other racial abilities.

- No Multiclass penalties, but hard limit of 3 base classes. No blatant dipping. (looking at you, Paladin 2)

- Paladins and Rangers cast class spells as a Swift Action if normally a Standard Action, and as a Standard Actions if normally a Full-round Action.

- Rangers, once per day after after either tracking a creature for an hour, observing a creature for 5 minutes, or engaging a creature in combat, may re-assign +2 favored enemy bonus from another favored enemy to the creature type studied. This may not be used to gain extra favored enemies, but may be used to change out a favored enemy type selected.

- Spellbook users may add spells to their books for 150 GP per spell level at creation.
*Or 100 + cost of a scroll for 0 and 1st level spells, whichever is less*

- Craft skill may be used for starting items at 1/3 cost only if you can craft the item by taking 10. 1/2 cost if taking 12, 2/3 cost if taking 15. And only if the skill is trained.

- I SHOULD HAVE put a character sheet format in your character sheet field when(if) I enabled it for you.  Edit/Tweak/Delete fields as necessary, but I would prefer you didn't reorganize it so much that I get lost when looking at it.  The best way for me to find what I need quickly is to know where it should be.  I reserve the right to make edits/notes for my benefit.

House Rules
Custom Feat: Aggressive Attack
On your action, before making attack rolls for a round, you may choose to subtract a number from your Armor Class and add the same number to all melee damage rolls. This number may not exceed your dexterity modifier. The penalty to AC and bonus to damage apply until your next turn.
Special: If you attack with a one-handed or smaller weapon and with no item in the other hand add the number subtracted to your melee attack rolls as well.

Modified Feat: Combat Expertise
When you use the attack action or the full attack action in melee, you can take a penalty of as much as -5 on your attack roll and add the same number (+5 or less) as a dodge bonus to your Armor Class. This number may not exceed your base attack bonus. The changes to attack rolls and Armor Class last until your next turn.
Special: If you benefit from the AC bonus of a wielded shield, you may instead add 1.5x the number to your armor class for a light shield or 2x the number for a heavy, tower, or extreme shield.

Modified Feat: Dodge
You recieve a +1 dodge bonus to Armor Class. No selecting opponents.
