Apologies for my absence of late, all. Work -- and of course RL as crazy as it is for everyone right now -- has made RPOL time more and more scarce!

I hope nobody minds my asking, but what are Kelm and Roland’s ranks?  I wouldn’t want to accidentally refer to a commander as an ensign, or some such.

I believe Kalem is a Lieutenant, given the one full pip on her uniform in picture?

Kalem Lenaris is a LtJG and male.

I've been procrastinating putting up this post for awhile...  mostly because I couldn't decide what to do.

There are only 3 players left. Which is fine by me,, but I'm not really up to running a dozen or more NPCs on a daily basis.

I heard from Eclipse. She said she's still interested in playing, but was really busy at the moment.

So, I'll start plodding along with my posts till the New Year, and then see if anyone else wants to play. If I don't get any more takers that hang around, I'll just rethink the game's direction and style rather than just delete it.

Any questions or input will be appreciated.

Hi, StarMaster and fellow crew!

Apologies for my absence. RL has become increasingly hectic and I sadly no longer have the time I did for RPOL.

I’ve very much enjoyed the game and RPing with everyone here however, despite how sporadic everything got of late!

I would like to stay on until I can manage a graceful exit or until the game shifts gears — if that is ok with you, StarMaster.

And I hope everyone’s staying safe and that the Holiday season proves restful and provides relief, all things considered, for all!

Things don't get hectic for me, they get dull. Insufficient sleep and thus too tired all day to post. It's usually 2-3 days in a row before I pass out and get caught up on my sleep and then have to get caught up on my posts.

So, no problem.

I don't tend to delete players/characters until they actually ask to be removed from the game. Even then, I just make the character an NPC.

So, this game is hanging around at least until mid-January next year. If you can find  your way back, your character will still be here.

Been sick for the past week. Nothing serious, just a seasonal cold where my whole body aches, I take the usual meds, and then all I feel like doing is laying around in bed all day. It's still hanging on which is why I'm posting this.

Where the hell did January go?!

Still alive and kicking... albeit feebly. I don't get colds like this very often, so I forgot how much it takes out of me and how long it takes to recover. (Old age sucks.)

On top of that, RL paid me a visit in the form of company, unexpected chores and errands, and other minor issues. Nothing in itself was bad, but as the saying goes, I take one day at a time, but sometimes several gang up on my all at once! That seems to be January's story this year.

So, it's take all month to get caught up on everything.
