The cemetery has been around since the beginning of the town. Older, more ornate grave stones are towards the back of the grassy yard, the angels and obelisks starting to crumble with age. Newer stones with their uniform shininess and small new plaques in the ground are closer to the front. Oak trees, willows, and a couple cherry trees dot the grounds. There are flowers on most of the newest stones, but most of the older plots are bare.

Benches and sidewalks line the newest side of the grounds, but the older part of the cemetery is less accessible. Fewer walkways, most of them no more than dirt paths, and no benches, are in this area.

Beyond the oldest part of the cemetery is an iron gate that leads out into the left forest.
