Main Street is similar to everyone's idea from old TV shows. Oak trees line the street and the shops with their old fashioned storefronts and wide glass windows are nestled behind them. The street is made of red brick and lighted by gaslamps.

The Main Street boarding house is on the left side of the street. You can watch movies at the Starlight Theater and have a meal at Jane's.  There is no hotel.

The street is busy today. Tourists are wandering down mainstreet with flyers and maps in their hands. Workers crowd down by the park across the street from the stately looking town hall. Flowers are being strung like streamers along the gazebo on the park and various booths are being set up.

You can hear angry yelling from inside Jane's Restaurant if you're near enough. An Asian man is waving a hammer at nothing and hollering at it while he tries to put up a sign on the Starlight Theater. Over at the bar tourists and locals are wandering in. Seems that the bar is open pretty early in the morning. A slight wind is knocking the windchimes around Necessary Treasures.

Appearing on the street, Aliyah hitched her jeans up and started walking in the direction of the Sheriff's office. She was beginning to wonder if this was going to be better than being in hell, or if maybe she should see if she can get the Emperor to send her back there instead. Mildly scolding herself for being ridiculous, Aliyah keeps on walking down the street, weaving her way in and out of the mortals as she does so. Her mind obviously on something else, it still registers that main street is busier than usual today.

After exiting the Nexus, Shiro had wandered around the town weaving past all the tourists. He had found himself down by the Gray Briar Church and was admiring the old architecture which included some fine examples of gargoyles.

From a distance, it seemed as though Shiro was conversing with the inanimate gargoyles, or could it have been that he was simply muttering to himself?

From there, as if he was paying homage to long lost friends he makes it to the small, quaint restaurant and wanders inside.
