Holy cow! Nearly two dozen RTJ's within 12 hours! This might be a new record for me. I suppose a post like "Only for the daring" is a lure too shiny to resist :P

For those watching I am turning off the requesting players flag just so I stop accumulating new RTJs. There are plenty for me to sort through so I'm calling now the cutoff point. I will let you know if you've been accepted or not.

Hey gang, do me a favor. Copying your rolls into your PMs makes it a lot easier for me rather then digging through the dice roller.

Looking at the dice roller log makes me regret being cute with everyone's names... :P

I don't think it's necessary for everyone to have their own color really, is it? I mean, we'll have character names and portraits to differentiate us, right?

I asked about colors for the dice roller itself to help the GM keep up with who rolled what.

As for everything else,  most games typically use color for text in conversation.  Not necessary, but a nice addition.

...huh. You can color dice rolls. I never noticed that before and never used it. That's cool.

So far two elves and two halflings...add in a couple of dwarves and scrap Pathfinder we can switch over to Lord of the Rings :P

To be fair I random’d mine to go true to theme!

I narrowed down the list of races and rolled myself.

I didn't want to play one of the smaller races but decided I joined the game for RNG and I'd use RNG. Rolled Elf and so an Elf I will be. Had I chosen it would have been Human or possibly Half-Orc.

So what are people thinking about playing class-wise?

I haven't played a lot of Halflings. So after rolling my stats, I decided to just give it a try.

I will be a Halfling Magus.

This will also be my first time playing a Magus.

I am unsure if the GM wanted us discussing that, I'm happy to state if he's okay with it just kinda got the vibe he wanted us to rng/choose before worrying about party builds. ^^ And I know if I read everyone's classes I think 'oh we need this class for balance'.

Please please please send me your vetoes. I'd reaallly like to get as much time in advance as possible for the game we end up playing and I'm sure many of you would be interested in knowing before you build your final character.

I was thinking about pushing something like Hell's Rebels due to the large number of halflings we might have but I think in spirit of the game we will let the RNGods decide our fate.

Reminder: If you absolutely don't care what game we play, let me know that too! Once everyone is checked in I can make the fateful final dice roll!

Are we allowed to take Hybrid classes? They don't have a section in the background generator, so thought I'd ask. I'm leaning towards a Slayer, but I can make Fighter work if Slayer is off the table. Or, I can take Slayer and roll on the Fighter tables. Whatever works for you.
