(The joke here is that in another game (that I think Scraps' player is in) I run, LESS THAN AN HOUR AGO i totally missed a rule I was LOOKING RIGHT AT at one point (Scraps' player was the one who had to point it out to me, if I've got my PCs and players straight in my head...))

I'm saying that (as long as you don't push it too far) you don't have to roll again for Charming (so far).

2. I think the real question is, how big is Scraps? Sometimes Scraps sounds like a small puppy, but sometimes it is suggested Scraps is big/old enough to carry things that I wouldn't have thought a puppy could carry (a toddler? really?)

As for puppy, if I am right, Scraps is a dalmatian. They're a large breed. Even a dalmatian puppy at six months or more is going to be larger than some full grown dogs. Certainly, at eight to ten months, a dalmatian puppy would be bigger than most spaniels and terriers, easily, and could probably outstrip full grown beagles or similar sized dogs. Which is an issue, because while larger like that, they are still puppies, with all their antics. (I have a friend who keeps dalmatians. They can be a real handful...)

OK, just read his character page. At over a year old, Scraps is close to full grown. Dalmatians reach full growth around 14 to 16 months. If he's, say, thirteen months or so, Scraps would be between 60 and 70 cm high at the withers. He could be around 75 lbs. I hope that helps! :D

Okay, that helps. I haven't spent much time with them up close, but I know Dalmatians aren't tiny. I'll let Scraps' player give his opinion, and then I'll move on, but I think your words were useful...
