Characters will be created with the modified rules listed below, make sure to read them thoroughly.

• All official WotC published content is allowed, though races are restricted.
• Universally permitted races: Dragonspawn (detailed below), Kobolds, Lizardfolk & Tortle
• Conditionally permitted races: Anything not listed above with a class feature that grants Dragon or Infernal ancestry. While Tiamat's forces consist of many races, only those with the blood of dragons can gain her favor and this campaign will include boons from the Dark Lady herself. Infernal ancestry would require you be blood-descended from an Abishai.
• Guaranteed disapproved races: Dragonborn. I know they exist in new lore, but I'm old and cling to the old lore that Dragonborn = Metallic, thus Bahamut and Dragonspawn = Chromatic, thus Tiamat.
• We will be using a custom array for ability scores: 15, 15, 13, 12, 10, 10
• Multiclassing is permitted but must be accomplished in-game. It could be as simple as bribing a wizard among the Church to instruct you during downtime or shadowing the party Fighter to better learn how to use armor and weapons.
• Feats are permitted.
• Starting equipment is not as rigid, I will allow some situational changes to armor and arms to better fit a build. This is on a case-by-case basis and subject to my approval.
• Backgrounds will be retooled and listed below in the House Rules section.
