Bloodrager:
Um. No, I don't intend to use a deity from a normal Marvel (or DC) reality, even a humorous one. One key point in the Blood-Red Swordmen's matrices and powers is that all of their magic is derived from fictional (in-universe) sources, made "real" by whatever the HECK the hive mind's utterly alien (to the entire Multiverse) power actually is. It is human creativity, not objective reality, that permits it to survive inside the extremely hostile Marvel Universe environment.
Well, sure. I'm just thinking that Kevin or another character might inadvertently cause you problems by invoking the Newton effect. The Newton effect is from a game called
Tales from the Floating Vagabond. Whenever someone is doing something outlandish that clearly defies the laws of physics/reality, the "Newton effector" can say something like "That's not possible!" and the outlandish thing stops working.
Note that the laws of physics/reality invoked are those as the invoker perceives then. So a prehistoric caveman could stop a bundle of perfectly normal dynamite from exploding (or drop a helicopter from the sky) by invoking his own Newton effect.
So, if Kevin begins questioning how Bloodrager's cleric/magic stuff works, he might get Bloodrager to
also question it and, boom, Newton effect.
