Carrying the concept from the MU Variants

Swashbuckler
Changes:
Armor: Leather + Buckler only
Weapon Finesse: Swashbuckler can use Dex instead of Str to hit and damage in melee with a sword (except two-handed), dagger, or staff.
Advanced Parry: When Swashbuckler carries a fencing weapon in the off hand, they can use it to deflect blows for +1AC. This also applies to using a staff.
Advanced Attack: When using a Staff or off-hand weapon, if the Swashbuckler rolls a natural 20 to hit or the opponent gets a natural 1 in melee, he can strike with his off-hand weapon (or other end of the staff) as an extra attack at his normal rolls to hit.
Foppish: Swashbuckler must spend lavishly on clothing, jewelry, weaponry and carousing whenever in the city. A Swashbuckler must never refuse a duel from another Swashbuckler or lose all XP gained towards the next level. If there are conditions posed for the duel, consequences for not following them vary by alignment. A Lawful Swashbuckler would face ostracism but a Chaotic one would already be considered a scoundrel and wouldn't care.
