Re: Various Locations - Currently "Central City Docks"

Franks phone buzzed, needing attention. He was about to board a flight home to Central City for some well deserved R&R. Taking down Jose “Brick Hitter” Javes’ drug operation from the inside had take years. Years of hard work and patience finally paid off when they were all arrested and sent to a Mexican Prison. For Frank the whole thing was just a show, the CIA pulled him through back channels, faking his death in a cell (hanging this time, nice that they used an old stage magic trick to keep his neck in tact) and setting him up in Mexico City for a few weeks as a tourist before he hopped on a plane back home. He had not actually been in Mexico City but for a few hours, but hotel receipts, car rentals, even phone messages said otherwise. The CIA was very thorough. He took out his phone and found an email, it looked like Junk but the subject line - “Hey DevilDog, how about a vacation to Central City” told him his handler was on the other end. Encoded in the message was a web address for a document drop box service that destroyed the files once they were read, run by the agency of course. Frank went to the site, and read the file. It was a brief on a nuclear terrorist threat that had been bumped up from yellow to red threat level and demanded agency participation. It also said that the “spandex crowd” was already in on it, so he would have to go in as Ghost Dancer.

After arriving at Central City International Airport, Frank had gone to a prearranged location, a bus station near the airport, and used a key he found under his seat on the plane to unlock it. Inside was a duffle bag containing his gear - weapons, face paint and other things he needed for the Dance, and documents containing the sum of the information the CIA had on this terrorist group, which was very very thin. He familiarised himself with it over a glass of Cognak. After that he checked his gear, and called down to the front desk of the Continental Inn and Suites for a wake up call and a motorcycle to be placed on his account with the Agency. After that he got some sleep.

Eight hours ago Frank had met with Central City’s Super Human Liason. He was a nice guy doing a good job at something most Policeman probably shied away from. Frank Appreciated th man’s thoroughness. Frank had provided Identification, and since he was in “costume” that was important. Frank’s Costumes was his nromal 3 piece suite with an additional layer of armor which was disguised as the suite’s vest, and a blank mask that looked like a black piece of cloth, but he could see through on his end because of a set of goggles. The only other addition was a pair of weighted fighting gloves. The Liason Contact had been very helpful once Franks Idenity as Ghost Dancer was confirmed, and the man sent him to the Central City Docks where some of the heroes were known to be. Although most of the heroes appeared to be absent, Darryl Starre (a local reporter known to cover the spandex set) was on the docks, so Frank introduced himself, ”Hi there, I’m Ghost Dancer but my friends call me Frank.” He put his hand out for any/everyone to shake.
”I apologize, the Police Liason brought me up to speed on what he knew but I can't seem to find anyone else, but the robotic dog said they'd be here. Can someone fill me in on the highlights?”
