Janessa McCoy:
I'm back. Between moving, wedding, and holidays it's been busy.
No problem.
Janessa McCoy:
I'm willing to move to Jack's thread.
I would like that best as well.
Things that make it problematic:
1. David still being AWOL
2. Alec still being AWOL
3. Jack being slightly AWOL
4. HOW to move you, since I keep emphasizing that you cousins don't have cards for each other yet.
A. I could just do it through a parent-- Say, Bleys checking on Janessa (because he's surely MADE a card for her by now), and then saying "hey wanna check on those two?" And then he goes quiet for a couple of minutes and then says "Uh they could use your help actually" and sends her to them in a "don't ask how I'm sending you to them nor how I checked on them and know they could use help" sort of way.
B. I could just have The Pattern (or The Unicorn?) do it itself.
Either of those feels a bit arbitrary, but that's how the books are sometimes, especially after Book 6 starts. Roger just got awfully LET-THIS-CHESS-PIECE-BE-MOVED-OVER-HERE-SUDDENLY-BECAUSE-I-SAY-SO.
So...
--Should I choose A or B to move you?
--Or should we wait longer to see if A, D, or J return?
--Or should we, like, give up and say "welp it was fun while it lasted?"
I don't particularly want to do that last one, but this is something kind of like a democracy, and I wanna hear from the voters (well, all the voters who show up to vote)...
