This thread is for dominion and xp expenditures.

You can use influence until awarded some.

I will generally try and set it up so that everyone is the same level, roughly.

Putting springs on the island is an improbable change over a small area, so 2 influence, upped to 2 dominion if you want to kick it in place.

Building a big ass ark for Scholar is 2.

It's not really summoning a boat, it's primarily being used to speed up Scholar's work and let him chest certain physical restrictions on a vessel of that size. He can "only" act as 100 skilled craftsmen with unlimited materials, after all (!!!).

Putting springs on the island is something that can be done by straight use of Gifts, can't it?

Slight correct. I have the speed of 1000 men. I have Ten Thousand Tools. I also have unlimited materials.

Yeah. Never mind then. You are good on gift use.

You still might want to reinforce the boat with influence though.

Claire can also provide wind.

Laiser can provide food/potables.

Crew for the ship is the only other concern, though Scholars influence reduces this greatly for a ship of this size.
