Name: Your characters full name

Alias: The name your character goes by. (Can remain blank if same as above.)

Age: The Age of your character.

Gender: The Gender of your character.

Profession: This will most likely either be Hunter or doctor, but I am willing to hear other options

Beliefs: What sort of beliefs does your character have? Do they believe in God? Themselves? Do they think the Demon King is right?

Appearance: The appearance of your character. This can either take the form of a paragraph or portrait. Both is acceptable as well.

Personality: What is your character like? How do they act? How do they interact with people?

Alignment: What sort of behavior does your character lean to?

Likes: Three things that your character likes.

Dislikes: Three things your character dislikes

Strengths: Three things your character is good at.

Weaknesses: Three things your character is bad at.

Fears: Three fears. I would like one of these to be a crippling fear. The others can just be things that they find unsettling.

Backstory: At least three paragraphs about how your character became the person they are today.

Writing Sample: Three paragraphs from the perspective of your character.
