Foil
Foil has several different meanings. For this, is is something that frustrates, thwarts, or balks the character. A foil can be anything...it can be an individual, a personal nemesis or a dependent that requires constant assistance(or supervision). It can be an organization, a company that is a direct competitor or a Government(ish) Agency that has issues with something about you. The key with the Foil is to build it in almost the same way you build the character. In the case of an individual, this is straight forward and you just follow the same templates. For an Agency/Organization, it is somewhat the same with the Skills/Talents being something that members possess. Traits will be of the Agency/Organization as a whole as well as the Aspekt.
