We had a great day.  The two teens made it to church, helped with Easter egg hiding as they are now the "really big kids," and then to Easter lunch with GF and her family.  Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend.

Thank you for your wishes. As I belong to the Greek Orthodox Church, this weekend was Palm Sunday  not Easter, but it was very nice. There was a special service Saturday followed by making crosses out of palm leaves to be distributed Sunday, and the Sunday there was the Palm Sunday service including the blessing and distribution of the palm crosses.

I will be traveling Wednesday and attending the International Medieval Congress in Kalamazoo Thursday through Sunday, returning late Sunday night. I will probably have Internet access but my playing time may be limited.

Thank you. I usually enjoy it. This year I am giving a really wicked paper on late medieval English homicides, with cases I (privately) subtitle "The Paramour with the Pitchfork" "The Felonious Rock" and "The Widow with the Ax" -- I regretfully cut "The Two (male) Flemings in One Bed"
