The sink sails directly at your face, but hits your force field and explodes into a cloud of porcelain dust. You can tell from the way your force field fluctuates, that these Chimps are stronger than the strain found in nature. From their peculiar build and size, you suspect these people may have been transformed into more of a hybrid than just purely into Chimps. You hypothesize that they are likely as strong and fast as a man and a chimp combined.

I fly through the window towards that chimp and attempt to grab her and fly away towards an open field.

You lock the Lady Chimp in a full Nelson hold. She struggles against you violently. Though you are a superior martial artist to her, you suspect she may be as strong or slightly stronger than you are. You aren't sure how long you can maintain this hold. In addition to that, you can hear the wild sounds of other Man-Chimps coming from the adjacent halls.

I will deal damage in an attempt to subdue her.

The Lady Chimp thrashes wildly, preventing you from being able to lock in your choke hold. On her turn she flexes savage muscles in an attempt to break your hold.

Once the chimp breaks out of my hold, I roll back and shoot her with my ray gun.

You QuickDraw your side arm like a dodge city sheriff and level it on your furry foe. The bolt from your ray gun hits the Lady's chimp right in the lips and she slumps into unconsciousness.

That was loud though, and you can definitely hear other Man-Chimps headed your way.

I attach her with a harness and fly out the window back toward my lab.

In about twenty minutes you arrive back at your lab. Your captive is still unconscious.

I conduct multiple medical tests to diagnose what has happened or changed in the chimp.

Today: Violet Valkyrie rolled 32 using 1d20+14 ((18)).

This is truly a peculiar creature. Different samples taken from her test either as a 32 year old woman or a 17 year old Chimpanzee. You surmise that what you are looking at is a woman and a Chimp somehow fused at the atomic level.

You also find a small device at the base of her spine that is pulsating a signal into her nervous system. When you remove it, she immediately becomes much less violent and calms down.

I make sure that she is SAFELY secured to her chair and get to work building a machine that has a very targeted magnetic mechanism. I test the MAGNAtizer to make sure it will attract the chips and then fly back to the hotel with my machine.

Your test of the MAGNAtizer works perfectly. Instantly, the lady chimps whole demeanor changes. She softens and puts a hand on her brow.

"Where...where am I?" She asks.

"Somewhere safe for you and me. Can you tell me what you remember last at the hotel?",

"I remember...being on the telephone...with Gemma...but also, cage doors opening, in a basement? It's so...muddled..."

"Is Gemma your friend?" "Can you remember any details about the basement?"

I am also trying to casually glance and see if she it beginning to look human.

"Yes...I think so. We went to school together in Salt Lake City. All I remember about the basement is the smell of food...and a pain... in my neck."

She is not changing in appearance, other than that her posture and expression are much more human now.

"I'll get this sorted out. I need you to stay here while I head back to the hotel."

I handcuff one of her hands to the chair, but allow her to use her other hand. I place a cup of iced tea in it.

"I'm sorry I can't be a more gracious host, but there just isn't time." I fly back to the hotel with the MAGNAtizer in tow.

You swoop back to the hotel. When you arrive back you see that the barricade has had to be moved back from the where it sat when you left. Cops with batons are now engaged in melee with a horde of angry man-chimps as they swarm the barricades.

As I fly overhead, I tell to the cops, "Remember your manners, please attempt to be non-lethal!"

I begin using my MAGNAtizer on the closest chimps.
