This is largely a work-in-progress. But in general, the game will be set in a high school out on the fictional city of Lineport, New Jersey on the East Coast, beginning in the last week of summer, 2011. All the characters will be students at Beatrice Hicks Academy in the upcoming year. The school itself and the environs around it will be group-built during character generation.
