I hope Freddy isn't coming across as being always in control and having an answer for every problem. In his domain i.e. the Scrapyard, he has had years to set it up the way he wanted it and as he is a bit paranoid about his skin remaining attached to him he has installed systems that are both offensive and defensive and even his bolt holes have bolt holes. In his office for example the only part of the room that would not be shredded by concealed shotguns is his desk and the area right behind it. It looks like an old log cabin but there are steel,plates in the walls, door and steel shutters that can close over the windows.

Out in the field he will alwaays carry acouple of weapons, one of them his trusty shotgun. It's slow but very effective.

Just an FYI, Since Kludges original appearance with Stomper he has been showing up at random times in all parts of the City but primarily in the more urban areas where people tend to live where they work. During these appearances if he encounters gang or mob activity he always destroys any vehicals and weapons they have in a rather graphic way and will often inflict enough physical damage on a few of them that they will be disabled if not for life then at least for a long time. Somehow he is able to disappear The Beast off the streets so it isn't followed.

You've got four Players still hanging around with characters who all have complimentary themes and abilities.  If you're still willing to DM the game, I'd say we're pretty well-set to do a more focused street-tier story with this smaller cast.
