Concealed weapons.
You can openly carry one dagger in Lankhmar (City Watch guards expect that many people will carry a sheath knife as a tool or for eating).  You can openly carry other weapon(s) up to 1 pound in weight if they look innocent enough or guards don't know what they are (wand, sling, exotic weapons).  You draw an openly carried weapon as a free action combined with a regular move action.  You all carry concealed weapons (for Nyx is easy in haversack and draw is a move action, for others they are concealed using Sleight of Hand rules and you're assumed to have taken 20 because you had plenty of time to prepare).  To draw a concealed weapon takes 1 standard action.  House rule: you can draw a concealed light weapon (dagger, throwing axe, shortsword, hand crossbow, etc) as a free action combined with two move actions or a double move.  For larger weapons it still requires a standard action.

Pascal's Telepathy
Pascal can communicate telepathically with creatures within 60' provided that he knows roughly where they are and they can speak Common or Sylvan.  The creature addressed can also 'think' telepathically back to Pascal.  It is possible for him to address multiple creatures at once telepathically, although maintaining a telepathic conversation with more than one creature at a time is just as difficult as simultaneously speaking and listening to multiple people at the same time.  He can exclude those he does not want to communicate with.  Pascal can only listen to the creature's surface thoughts and emotions (Sense Motive +7).  He cannot use telepathy to force an emotion onto a creature but he can try to persuade (Diplomacy +2).  If a creature is aware of Pascal listening to its thoughts it can try to block him with a DC11 Will save.

As a standard action, Pascal can detect beings with 'readable' minds, much like a Detect Magic spell.  On one round he can scan to detect the location of all minds within 60'. For an area he can perceive clearly (eg. a room shown on the map that he is looking into) he can pinpoint the location of these minds.  For areas he cannot perceive (eg. inside a building where he does not know the interior layout) he can determine the approximate location of minds.  He can relay this info to his friends' minds as part of the same action.  These unknown minds will be shown as grey dots on the map in their approximate location.  On another round he can select one mind to 'read' its thoughts and relay the info to his friends. Initiative and Ready action: In this RPoL version of our game, we don't roll for initiative, instead the party always have higher initiative than the enemies, so the party acts first then I write the enemies actions in the end-of-round summary.  You can use the Ready action, e.g. if this happens then I do that.  In these cases the GM will roll dice on behalf of the PC, or you can preemptively roll dice that may get used if the Ready action happens.  Also, if you post again before the end-of-round summary, you can change your action.  I will use the last action written. This is how it works in other online games where i am a player.  I am rapidly discovering how different it is to GM an online game!  :-0

Neutral and Hostile NPCs: You can move through friendly characters (PCs and allied NPCs are white) and neutral characters (green NPCs) without any movement penalty.  Hostile NPCs will be red.  The green NPCs may become hostile depending on their reaction to you.

Map coordinates: The map has coordinates on the edges that you can use if you want to specify exactly where you move to.  Otherwise i will interpret from what you write.
