Rashemen ARPs

Well the time has come for the ARPs. I had hoped to start a little sooner but no matter. One or two of these adventures is a little macabre inspired (giving that where I am at we are just half an hour past midnight making it all hallows eve, or halloween).

In the adventure choices I'll be using the standard labling of Combat (C), Role-Playing (RP), Problem Solving (PS). One thing I ask is to pay attention to how it is labled. If they are seperated by a comma (i.e. C, RP, PS) then you should expect high amount of combat, medium amount of role play and little to no problem solving. If however they are seperate by slashes (i.e. C, RP/PS) expect high amount of combat and equal amounts role play and problem solving.


Plague of Undead (C/PS, RP)
From the south eastern stretch of Rashemen, within the Sunrise Mountains, reports are filtering in of undead roaming about and attacking people unprovoked. There is no information on where these undead are coming from or if there are more to come.

Born to Death (PS, RP/C)
From around Rashemen rumors abound that the powers of the guardian spirits are weakening. Rumors are also coming in of a growing number of still births amongst the people. Could these two events be related?

Flash Freeze (C/PS, RP)
A small village in the northern reaches of Rashemen has been engulfed in a blizzard. When the snow finally settled not a single soul from the village was to be found, what happened to them?

Of course these summeries are all OOC. For our two non-native players, please PM me so we can discuss how your characters will be tied in to the start of the adventure.

Going to have to say I prefer Combat over pure RP, but I like RP...  I know makes almost no sense.  Combat should be a culmination of the Problem solving/Infomration gathering done to figure out where combat will be, possibly with a few minor skirmishes along the way.  RP is a good way to flesh out your character and their interaction with the group.

So based on your key I'm more for 1 or 3.  Hunting undead is always fun, but the blizzard could be interesting and mysterious.  I'll vote for Undead, as a close call with Flash Freeze.

Given what we just went through, with undead and a dying land and spirits, I'd have to choose something completely different. :) Here's my votes:
1) Flash Freeze
2) Plague Of Undead
3) Born To Death
