OOC: I'm temporarily blocked from posting on the main thread. As soon as I can get back in, I'll post this there. Please respond here until then and I'll move everyone's post over.
Lorik takes another step back and fires off two quick arrows at Donald’s attack dog. Both arrows imbed themselves into the mutt’s left flank. It’s whimpers in pain, but then growls in fury and charges forward.
An ectoplasmic form materializes between Lorik and his attacker. The creature slams its fist into the slack-jawed warrior and snaps his head back.
Shar’oc attempts to scramble Donald’s mind, but due to the man’s fury (and a lucky will save roll), he’s able to push the attack aside. However, he eyes Shar’oc with hatred for trying to fool with his mind.
Seeing one of the horrible dogs run at him stuns Darchen into a momentary fit of survival as he concentrates on not getting bit.
Having no clear shot, Neco holds his attack for a better opportunity.
Donald ignores the construct for something he can see bleed – Shar’oc. He makes his way past the creature, who takes a swing at him but misses, and, gaining speed as he goes, swings his deadly longsword at the psion and slices the man’s side open (7 damage).
The crazy with pain and fury dog lunges at Lorik and clamps down tight on his throat – ripping some skin away (8 damage – see below)
OOC: Neco and Darchen did not post within 24 hours of the last DM post. If you have questions about that, check out the house rules thread.

Disabled: A character with 0 hit points, or one who has negative hit points but has become stable and conscious, is disabled. A disabled character may take a single move action or standard action each round (but not both, nor can she take full-round actions). She moves at half speed. Taking move actions doesn’t risk further injury, but performing any standard action (or any other action the DM deems strenuous, including some free actions such as casting a quickened spell) deals 1 point of damage after the completion of the act. Unless the action increased the disabled character’s hit points, she is now in negative hit points and dying.
