DESCRIPTION

You use your arcane focus to summon a facsimile of the entrance to a persistent pocket demiplane created by the spell Rhys' Tenured Apartment. This door must be placed on a flat vertical surface and it appears exactly as the door to the Apartment. This door may be opened, closed, picked, or bolted as any normal door, but for the duration of the spell only the facsimile may be used; the actual door cannot be opened by any means. Each arcane focus is keyed to a specific Apartment. If the focus is lost, the wizard must craft a new key to match the locks in the door.

The mobile access granted to the Apartment is limited by the number of entrants from the casting site; the more creatures that enter through this spell the shorter the duration. At the end of the spell's duration, all occupants are shunted back to where the spell was cast. A successful targeted Dispel on the door will similarly shunt occupants to the casting site.

DESCRIPTION

You permanently connect a door to a pocket demiplane 25' square. The demiplane persists and is accessible through the Apartment door, Astral Projection, and Plane Shift.

The key arcane focus and the door are both required to gain mundane entry, however if either is lost, a new key (or door) may be used to create a matching door (or key). If both key and door are lost magical travel is the only means of accessing the demiplane.

Rhys' Tenured Apartment is the reason why magical universities look so much bigger on the inside: they are.
