BTW all around you are forest, a river and a beach some distance off. Can't really see any high ground from here so can just pich a direction. Or cross the river. Maybe follow it up or down. Following it down might bring you back to the beach. Or another body of water.

Looks like Kriv and Lenore made the choice. Beach it is! :)

Make sure if you are looking around to do a Perception check unless you want to use your Passive. Also be sure to post what you are doing in the OOC as well so I know.

Kriv, you can't really 'take the lead'. Your aren't in a dungeon but I get it.

I think I am going to allow 1 more person. Think we need someone who is good with traps, opening locks, ect.

Rogue, possibly a Artificers? Really anything could work with the right set up.

Well could have someone drop it hard onto the ground. Maybe slam it up against something. There's different ways. Course if its possibly trapped could kill someone. Or all of you.

Rogue or Bard would serve as a utility person.

yes we are in formation moving forward to enter the cove.

on another note, a bard would compliment the group well, a rogue is necessary imho, but what I will suggest is another warrior type like a barbarian or something. We have tons of spell casters and could use a little help up on the front lines.
