Drop Bear Adventure: Clues Thread

Okay, so for whatever reason you guys actually are doing footwork on this run, but whatever, that's cool. I'll keep a CLUES thread here so we can refer to it quickly.

UCAS Idolize

UCAS Idolize is the new Pop Show! It's been on the air for 7 seasons, but it's ALL THE RAGE. Every week contestants CONTEST EACH OTHER for who is going to be the NEW UCAS POP STAR UBER-GOD, where he or she will be offered a FOUR-MONTH CONTRACT WITH RMI RECORDS and then promptly NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN.

Viewership is in the millions, primarily teens and their parents. Tickets to the live studio viewing are available for purchase, but with a long wait list, and far overpriced. Each contestant sings a song, with an instrumental accompaniment and video background he or she pre-selected. While performing, viewers get to cast votes via the matrix, which are then immediately forgotten about because everything is decided by the three judges; lovable Eva Diola, funny-man Lucien Page, and snarky Simone.

UCAS Idolize is produced by U-Luv-It Entertainment, a subsidiary of Mitsuhama.

Drop Bears

Drop bears, Thylarctos plummetus, are an awakened species native to Australia. They are related to the koala bear, also native to the area. Drop bears are differentiated from their mundane counterparts by their frequently larger size, jet-black coat, and elongated and sharper teeth and claws. They are noted to be carriers of the HMHVV-II virus, but are not considered to be infected by it.

Drop bears are omnivorous, able to sustain themselves on almost any sort of meat, but only on the leaves of the eucalyptus tree. However, they do not require meat as part of their diet in order to survive. Drop bears are normally found in the branches of eucalyptus trees grazing. Their hunting technique depends on ambush tactics. Specifically, they will conceal themselves in a tree. Once the prey walks under the tree, the drop bear drops onto the target and attacks with claws and bites.
